2021 Workshops

30 Day Mindfulness Challenge:

Michelle will continue to teach a series of workshops in 2020 beginning with the 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge. You can choose between a class that meets on Fridays and begins on March 6th, 2020 at 11am or a class that meets on Sundays, and begins on March 8th, 2020 at 3p. The classes will run through April 3rd and April 5th respectively.
